Refund Policy

ScoreReady Plus is available as a one-off Exam Pass ($29) through 31 December 2026 or a one-time lifetime payment ($79), billed via Stripe.
Cooling-off period
If you change your mind within 14 days of payment and haven't made substantial use of Plus features, email hello@scoreready.com.au and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Exam Pass purchases
Exam Pass purchases grant Plus access through 31 December 2026. The 14-day cooling-off period above applies to an Exam Pass purchase if you have not made substantial use of Plus features.
Existing monthly subscriptions
If you already have a monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period, which you'll retain Plus access for until it ends.
Lifetime payments
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, lifetime payments are non-refundable, as they grant permanent access to the service.
School licences and school practice exams
This policy covers individual Plus purchases only. School licences and printable school practice exams are bought separately, by card, invoice or purchase order, and any refund or credit for them is agreed directly with the school — contact hello@scoreready.com.au to discuss one.
Service issues
If ScoreReady is unavailable or broken for an extended period and you weren't able to use what you paid for, email hello@scoreready.com.au — we'll make it right, including a refund or extension where appropriate.

Email hello@scoreready.com.au with the email address used for your ScoreReady account, and we'll process eligible refunds promptly.
